Nevada Destinations

More than just a desert.

Although I was born in Northern California, I moved to Southern Nevada with my family when I was 14. I used to hate the desert and the places around me, but as I've gotten older (and over the age of 21 to have that freedom in Vegas) I've grown to appreciate not only the life on the Strip and Downtown, but also the areas surrounding our Valley. :)

Las Vegas is 4.5 hours from Grand Canyon South entrance, 4 hours from Los Angeles area, 2 hours from Zion National Park, and 1 hour from Nevada's own Valley of Fire.

With such a central location, it's no wonder I love driving places, but for now, let's stick with Southern Nevada :)
